This notice explains what data is processed when you visit siadat.group and what rights you have. In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and loads nothing from third parties.
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the Siadat Group, reachable at info@siadat.group. MEDINNOTECH LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16051726, maintains this website on the group’s behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR and acts only on the group’s instructions. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the law does not require one for the limited processing described here.
When you open a page, the hosting provider's web server automatically records technical access data: the requested address, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, your browser type and version, your operating system and your IP address. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably, to detect attacks and to correct faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are stored by the hosting provider for a limited period, generally no longer than 14 days, and are then deleted automatically, unless they must be kept longer to investigate a security incident.
This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Austria, on servers located in the European Union. The hosting provider processes the data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and is bound by our instructions.
This website sets no cookies, neither technically necessary nor for analytics or advertising, which is why no cookie banner is shown. It uses no web analytics, no social media plug-ins, no embedded videos and no external fonts or scripts; all fonts and files are delivered from our own web space. Your visit is therefore not tracked and no usage profiles are created. Your browser's local storage is used solely to remember, for the duration of your visit, that the opening animation has already been shown; this value is not transmitted to us.
If you write to us at info@siadat.group, we process your e-mail address, the content of your message and any data you choose to provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the handling of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete correspondence once your request has been settled and no statutory retention period requires us to keep it. Please do not send us sensitive data by unencrypted e-mail.
Apart from the hosting provider and the technical maintainer MEDINNOTECH LTD, no personal data is passed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. The maintainer is established in the United Kingdom, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision; apart from this, no data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it rectified (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, write to info@siadat.group. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
